1. FIELDS OF APPLICATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.my-look.eu. MY LOOK reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. All offers of products, services and delivery methods, at the prices indicated in Euros, are valid in metropolitan France, within the limits of available stocks. 3. VALIDATION OF ORDERS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
Any purchase order signed by the consumer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question within the limits provided for in these general conditions of sale. The “double click” associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of message integrity constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties in the same way as a handwritten signature.
4. ORDER
The order can only be registered on the site if you have clearly identified yourself, either by entering your customer code, which is strictly personal to you, or by creating an account on www.my-look. eu , if you are not yet registered. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. The contract is formed when the confirmation of your order is issued. As soon as your order is validated, it will be sent to our logistics services for processing. You will receive an initial automatic acknowledgment email within the hour. 5. PRICE
The prices are indicated in euros and take into account the French VAT in force. Keep your invoice, it will serve you in case of exchange or refund.
6. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
6.1 METHOD OF PAYMENT
Paypal, Bank Check, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay. Payment is made on our partner's secure bank server (Stripe and Paypal). This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the www.my-look site. had . Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will thus be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank. For checks and other payments except credit card and paypal you will be kept informed directly after having validated your means of payment.
6.2 SECURING
Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. MY LOOK has no access to these contact details, and does not keep them on its servers. This is why they are requested from you with each new transaction on our site.
6.3 RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP CLAUSE
The products remain the property of my look until full receipt of the order by my-look.eu. However, from the time of delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
6.4 DEFAULT OF PAYMENT
MY LOOK reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
6.5 ANTI-FRAUD CONTROL
MY LOOK , in collaboration with Fianet, checks all orders that have been validated on its site. These checks aim to protect MY LOOK from abusive practices carried out by fraudsters. As part of these procedures, our services may ask you for all the documents necessary to release your order: proof of address and debit in your name, etc. These requests are made by e-mail, then by post. with AR. The information provided in the order form is subject to automated data processing for which FIA-NET is responsible. The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to fight against credit card fraud. 7. DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMES
MY LOOK undertakes to respect as much as possible the shipping time given to you as an indication on the product sheet. Then count between 48 and 72 hours for the transport of your package by the postal services. We offer delivery to a relay point free of charge from €89 of purchases for Metropolitan France (Mondial relay 48h) and for Belgium free delivery is from €129 of purchases (Mondial relay 72h) For an order greater than or equal to 129€ of purchases, we offer free delivery costs for standard home delivery, valid only in Metropolitan France.
For any order greater than or equal to 199 including tax, My LOOK offers you the shipping costs for express delivery to your home. The delivery of all parcels is ensured by post in Colissimo with signature and by Express Transport. Count between 48h and 72h (working days) for the transport of your parcel by the postal services. For shipments abroad, please visit our delivery page and tab. The delivery times that we always strive to respect are only given as an indication. If an imperative delivery time is agreed, the seller will notify the customer as soon as the impossibility is foreseen by agreeing on a new date without compensation being required for any reason whatsoever. Similarly, no compensation may be claimed if an item cannot be delivered: either following an unforeseen stoppage of production, or following strikes, accidents, natural disasters, impossibility of supply or for any other cause beyond our control. At MY LOOK, be aware that all year round and even during sales and private sales, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for your online purchases.
Return conditions
All Products may be subject to withdrawal, except those excluded by law in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, for example Products that have been unsealed and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene such as masks and underwear (e.g. boxers, briefs, swimming shorts, socks), etc.
All returned Products must be returned perfectly intact. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging with their labels and any accessories (box, case, spare button, belt, badge, crest, laces, USB cord, battery, manuals of use and other documentation…).
The shoe box cannot be used as packaging. A separate cardboard packaging must be used for the return shipment.
Packages must be returned by the customer within 14 days of receipt, the items will no longer be admissible beyond this period.
Upon receipt of the package, MY LOOK will assess the perfect condition of the returned goods. No package will be accepted if the return conditions have not been respected and if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the items unfit for sale.
If the return is refused by MY LOOK , the items will then be returned to the customer at his own expense without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.
Two solutions are available to you
1 Return offered against credit:
Shipping costs are covered by MY LOOK , you have nothing to pay: it's simple and free. This free return* is authorized and applicable on a returned product equal to or greater than €25.00 for Metropolitan France and for other countries the returned product(s) must be equal to or greater than €50 (ATTENTION: if the returned product is less than 25.00€, the sum of 8.99€ will be deducted from the amount of the credit note applied for Metropolitan France and for the other countries, the sum of 25€ will be deducted).
Upon receipt of the return and subject to the conformity of the returned products, we will send you your credit note code by e-mail within 24 hours.
ATTENTION: Items returned without original packaging, without label, incomplete, damaged, worn, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
The return label is only valid for a credit note valid for 1 year on the site, it cannot be used for a refund, if this is the case transport costs of 9.95€ will be deducted from the value of the returned products.

ATTENTION: Items returned without original packaging, without label, incomplete, damaged, worn, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
If you use the label to obtain a refund, a credit note will be systematically applied (cf: solution 1 return offered against credit note).
Upon receipt of the return and subject to the conformity of the returned products, we will proceed to the refund within a period of 5 to 14 days maximum. The method of refund is the same as the method of payment for your order unless otherwise specified.
Remember to add a copy of your invoice or your delivery note and mention your reason for return.
You have 14 days (Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 on consumption), after receipt or withdrawal of your order, to request a refund or credit note (electronic voucher). This is only valid on unworn, unwashed items.
COD packages will be systematically refused. Under no circumstances is the Company operating MY LOOK responsible for the loss or damage to returned parcels.
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with their accessories (box, box, spare buttons, belt, badge, etc.), labels and delivery note. Items that have suffered damage (label cut, torn off, shoes without their original boxes, etc.) cannot be accepted.
Specific return conditions applicable to sales contracts for pairs of shoes/trainers:

• The product is neither damaged nor soiled.

• For reasons of hygiene, except for manufacturing defects, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in this type of sales contract.

11. RESPONSIBILITIES AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
MY LOOK cannot be held liable for the inconvenience and damage relating to the use of the Internet network, such as, in particular, a break in the service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any case qualified as force majeure by the courts. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts that the plaintiff may seize at his choice: the jurisdiction of the place where the defendant lives, of the place of actual delivery of the thing or of the place of performance of the service of service. These conditions are subject to French law.
