At MY LOOK, be aware that all year round and even during sales and private sales, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for your online purchases.

Return conditions

For the return of a product it is imperative to follow the following return conditions in which case it cannot be supported and will be refused by our logistics department.
• Respect the withdrawal period of 14 days (law n° 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption) after receipt or withdrawal of your order
• The product must not be worn or washed and must contain its label uncut, not torn off.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with their accessories (box, case, spare buttons, belt, badge, etc.), labels and delivery note.
• The product must not be damaged, soiled or washed.

Two solutions are available to you

1 Return offered against credit:

The return is offered to you* against an electronic voucher for the value of the returned item!
Your voucher will be communicated by e-mail and will be visible on your customer account no later than 48 hours (working days) after receipt of your return. This offer is valid for an order including one or more products returned for an amount equal to or greater than €25 and the voucher is valid for 1 year!

Drop off your parcel at the post office nearest to you, at a La Poste pick-up point or even directly in your mailbox.

Allow 72 hours for your package to be sent to our warehouses.

THIS SERVICE IS OFFERED* ONLY AGAINST CREDIT (electronic voucher valid for 1 year on my-look.eu)

*Please note if you do not respect the return conditions or if you change your mind and wish to obtain a refund after using the transport slip, the sum of €8.99 will be deducted from the amount of your returned products. (This is also valid if you use the return slip to return a product less than 25€).

We remind you that the prepaid return form and credit note are offered, valid and usable at one time only for Metropolitan France.

PLEASE NOTE: If your wish is not clearly indicated on your delivery note (credit note or refund), a credit note will be automatically allocated to you in the form of a reduction code to be used on a future order (credit note for single use and non-refundable).

2 Return at your expense:

If you prefer a refund, it is also possible with MY LOOK, you just have to send your package back by post by colissimo (return at your expense) accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note to this address: MY LOOK Returns Service 5 rue Etienne Dolet 62420 BILLY MONTIGNY, France. Your bank account will be re-credited with the amount of the returned items within 14 working days after receipt and verification of your return.

10 days to exchange after Christmas.

The end of year celebrations are approaching! From November 30 of each year, to prepare your gifts with complete peace of mind, MY LOOK offers you the possibility of exchanging your items for a credit note valid for 12 months in our MY LOOK store until January 4 inclusive (carrier's stamp as proof ).

After the withdrawal period of 14 days maximum, you will receive a refund in the form of a credit note.
Guaranteed delivery before Christmas for all orders placed before Friday, December 20, 2019 - 3 p.m. - Express 24h - express at home. Offer valid only for Metropolitan France.

Reimbursement is made by check letter, Paypal account retrocession, credit card retrocession or bank transfer. Return costs remain your responsibility and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. COD packages will be systematically refused. Under no circumstances is My-look.eu responsible for the loss or deterioration of returned packages.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with their accessories (box, box, spare buttons, belt, badge, etc.), labels and delivery note. Items that have suffered damage (label cut, torn off, shoes without their original boxes, etc.) cannot be accepted.

Specific return conditions applicable to sales contracts for pairs of shoes/trainers:
• The pair of shoes/trainers has not been worn,
• The soles of the shoes/trainers are intact, showing no traces of dirt, wear, and the presence of the accessories originally delivered (laces type, USB cord for Led sole, etc.)
• The product is neither damaged nor soiled.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.

Special return conditions applicable to sales of underwear (boxers, briefs, underpants, underwear, socks, swim shorts):

For reasons of hygiene, except manufacturing defect, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in this type of sales contract.
